AlpaLoft™ is a cutting-edge thermal insulation material developed from a blend of alpaca fiber and technical polyamide. Unlike injected fiber insulation or traditional down, AlpaLoft™ is constructed as a woven fill, meaning the fibers are interwoven into a stable matrix. This textile engineering prevents the material from shifting or clumping when washed, maintaining a uniform structure and insulation in each compartment over time. The naturally hollow properties of alpaca fiber trap warm air with minimal bulk and high compressibility. Its efficiency is certified under the international standard ISO 11092, scientifically guaranteeing optimal thermal resistance capable of comfortably withstanding temperatures down to -5°C.
